Don’t blame data centers for Arizona’s Colorado River cuts, water experts say
WASHINGTON – Water researchers say data centers are not causing Arizona’s Colorado River shortage, but rapid growth, limited water-use data and rising power demand are fueling calls for more transparency as the state faces steep cuts.
