Grand Canyon businesses blame $100 foreign visitor fee for driving down tourism
WASHINGTON – Grand Canyon tourism businesses say a new $100 surcharge on foreign visitors has hurt bookings and spending. An Arizona tour company is suing to block the fee, which the National Park Service defends as a way to boost revenue at 11 popular parks.
