Kalshi declares Biggs a long shot as Arizona polls show mixed margins
PHOENIX – Kalshi gives Andy Biggs a 13% chance of winning Arizona’s governor race, offering a large payout if he upsets Katie Hobbs. Polls also favor Hobbs, but with less certainty.
