A sellout crowd of 54,004 at Mountain America Stadium got the full Boley preview before coach Kenny Dillingham sat him early in the third quarter in favor of Mikey Keene and then Jake Fette. After a rocky early stretch, ASU scored on every drive until Boley's day ended, Cronkite News reported.
Boley's blemishes were up front. He fumbled on the third drive and had a risky throw initially ruled an interception before replay overturned it. The concern tracks with his Kentucky ledger of 16 interceptions and five fumbles across 15 games before transferring, per the report.
